Welcome back to Dedicated Dads!
BackPlease join us on Wednesday 26th November at 6:00 PM for our monthly meet up where all Dads/Father figures are welcome. Our monthly meet ups support Dads/Father Figures to learn more about emotional wellbeing for children and young people. The sessions also provide a space for fellow Dads/Father Figures to connect and share experiences and advice.
Date and time: Wednesday 26th November 2025 6pm-7pm
Location: Hornchurch Fire Station RM11 1SH (When you arrive, please come to the side door near the library)

- What does taking care of your own mental health look and feel like in your home?
- Why is important to be aware of your own for emotional wellbeing?
- How do you navigate tricky situations, communicate clearly with empathy. Do you have any strategies?

- Your child must be attending a Havering school to be able to join.
- We are unable to accommodate for children to attend.
