Theme: Coping with Change
Many children and young people will be experiencing change as they transition from one year group to another. From the very young starting school to those picking up GCSEs and others making the first steps to adulthood. The aim of this online meeting will be to discuss the changes going on for your children and young people and sharing coping strategies.
It is new for Mindful Mums to meet online, this will be done via Microsoft Teams. The aim is to create a comfortable environment for helpful conversations therefore it is expected that those who attend are willing to attend with Cameras on and a willingness to participate.
