Greek, Palestinian & Israeli GCSE Music Workshop
On Wednesday 16th October Abbs Cross music department welcomed Nimrod Margalit, a specialist in Israeli and Eastern Mediterranean music to run a GCSE workshop. Ghana update
Our Year 11 are now hard at work in Ghana. They are teaching and building foundations and making bricks for the new school building. There has been some rest and relaxation luckily.
English National Ballet Workshop – Giselle

Havering College Musical Aspirations Trip
On Tuesday 1st October GCSE and prospective GCSE Music students from years 9-11 took part in a mixing workshop at Havering College. Day 1 in France
The pupils have visited the Bayeux Commonwealth War Graves cemetery – the pupils were fascinated by the idea that the soldiers of warring nations were buried side by side. They are now on their way to the US cemetery vice Omaha beach. We look forward to seeing more photos tomorrow.
Year 9 Chateau du Molay day 2 & 3
Our Year 9s continue to have a wide and varied experience in France. After their visit to Omaha Beach yesterday and some relaxation time, they are busy learning food preparation.
